GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE AND USE OF "Casyopea® VIP Card"

Issuance of "VIP card Casyopea®"

The Casyopea® VIP Card (the "Card") can be issued to any individual over the age of 14. The condition for issuing the card is the acceptance of the present general conditions and the payment of a one-time fee of BGN 50 (fifty). Customers who have a "CLUB card Casyopea®" will pay an amount of 40 (forty) levs. This can be done at any of Casyopea's sites or through Casyopea's online store at Casyopea.com.

When purchasing a "Casyopea® VIP card", it is necessary to fill in the appropriate form in order to identify the cardholder. The card is personal and cannot be provided for use by third parties.

Using the Casyopea® VIP Card

The holder of "Casyopea® VIP Card" is entitled to a permanent discount of 20% of the value of all items offered by Casyopea; additional 5% discount 1 / one / day before, on and after the cardholder's birthday; 30% special monthly discount for a product determined by Casyopea. In order to receive the described services and privileges, the customer must provide a Casyopea employee with his “Casyopea® VIP card”. The use of the discounts announced in these General Terms and Conditions may not be combined with other available discounts, promotions or discounts. In case of doubt about the identity of the cardholder, an employee of Casyopea may request an identity document for identification purposes. In case of a broken or otherwise damaged “Casyopea® VIP card” or provision of someone else’s “Casyopea® VIP card”, the Company has the right to refuse the use of discounts through it. The card is not a means of payment!

The use of "Casyopea® VIP Card" is not limited in time. The amount paid for the purchase of the card is not refundable regardless of whether the customer has benefited from the promotional conditions it provides or not.

Procedure in case of loss, damage or destruction of "Casyopea® VIP card"

Holders of the "Casyopea® VIP Card" in case of loss, damage or destruction may request the issuance of a new card at any time. The Company issues the new cards for a period of 10 days and at a value of BGN 7. In such cases the Company cancels the old cards. A new “Casyopea® VIP card” can be requested at the Company's sites only in person, with data renewal, filling in by the client REQUEST for re-issuance of “Casyopea® VIP card” and payment of a re-issuance fee of 7 (seven) leva.

Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions

The Company has the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement in order to expand the services offered, for their greater efficiency, as well as for the introduction of new services. Information about the introduced changes will be announced on our official website Casyopea.com, as well as such will be sent to the announced e-mail addresses in the Registration Cards. In case the client does not agree with the changes of the General Terms and Conditions, he can notify us by e-mail: office@casyopea.com from the e-mail address indicated by him in the registration card. Any amendment to these general terms and conditions may not impose more obligations on customers than those described here.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

By purchasing a Casyopea® VIP Card and / or providing personal data for the issuance of such a card, you agree to these general terms and conditions and to the fact that you provide your personal data for the purposes of issuing and using the Casyopea® VIP Card. ”

Reasons for processing your personal data:

We process your personal data in connection with the purchase and use of "Casyopea® VIP Card" to fulfill our contractual relationship with you (they arise from the moment of purchase of "Casyopea® VIP Card"); We process your personal data for marketing purposes on the basis of explicit Your consent.

Processing is necessary for the following purposes:

Administering our relationships and providing our goods and services; Analysis of consumer behavior when using a "VIP card Casyopea®"; In some cases and only after you have given your explicit consent, we may process your personal data for marketing purposes such as sending offers, discounts, promotions and other information electronically. We use your comments to improve the quality of our goods and services.

Categories of recipients of personal data:

Provider of services for implementation and / or maintenance of information systems; Law firms; Accounting firms or other consulting service providers, incl. card making service providers; Courier service providers; public authorities in the exercise of their legal powers.

Data retention period:

The personal data provided by you for the issuance of "VIP card Casyopea®" will be stored only for the period for which they are needed, namely - during the validity of the card.

In case you do not wish to provide your personal data, we will be in fact unable to provide you with a "Casyopea® VIP card".
