Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods

In accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, every consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the merchant within the specified period by email at office@casyopea.com or by phone at +359 887 481 286, stating the order number and their intention to return the purchased goods.

The goods must be returned in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
The consumer has the right to inspect and test the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
If the value of the goods is diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the consumer may be held liable in accordance with the law.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods for which the law provides exceptions.

Once the right of withdrawal has been duly exercised, the merchant will refund the payments received within the statutory period and under the conditions provided for by the applicable legislation. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer.
